Dr. Broadway M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. David Broadway is one of the few triple-board certified plastic surgeons operating in Denver. Priding himself on the natural appearance and superior quality of his results, Dr. Broadway further distinguishes himself from his peers in his depth of aesthetic experience and emphasis on patient care; he was selected as the Best of the Best Cosmetic Surgeon for 2007 and has been consistently featured as one of Denver's top plastic surgeons.
For Dr. Broadway, cosmetic surgery is far more than a career; it is a calling. Dr. Broadway moved to Colorado in 1989 and established his facial plastic surgery practice in Centennial. Four years later he elected to return to academia to pursue his second residency in general plastic surgery and attended Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine and the University of Missouri School of Medicine. He again returned to Colorado and successfully established Broadway Center for Plastic Surgery offering the highest quality care in facial and full body plastic surgery, specifically specializing in breast augmentation and body contouring.
Dr. Broadway is an international instructor teaching surgeons innovative body sculpting techniques such as VASER Hi Def Lipo and VASER Hi Def breast techniques. He enjoys hosting seminars and lectures educating new surgeons on the artistry and obtainable results of these brilliant cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Broadway also works extensively with Operation Smile, an organization that corrects congenial or acquired deformities in children from developing countries. Dr. Broadway has undertaken several missions for Operation Smile, traveling to China, the Philippines, and Ecuador. Dr. Broadway also served as a team leader on Operation Smile's mission to Colombia. Dr. Broadway said of his experience with Operation Smile: "I was given the opportunity to change somebody's life for the better. In forty-five minutes, you can change somebody's entire life." It's a lesson which has helped inspire Doctor Broadway as a cosmetic surgeon, and as a person.

Dr. Millard M.D.
Dr. John A. Millard is a double-board certified plastic surgeon who is internationally known for his expertise in leading-edge body sculpting procedures. Dr. Millard was the first surgeon to practice the revolutionary VASER® Hi-Def procedure in the United States, learning the procedure directly from its inventor in Colombia. He has been featured frequently in various news media, including Good Morning America and Nightline, as well as print media such as Newsweek Magazine and the Los Angeles Times. Dr. Millard was also named one of the world's top cosmetic surgeons in Tatler's 2008 Beauty & Cosmetic Surgery Guide.
Dr. Millard is the founder of the Advanced Body Sculpting Institute, an institution dedicated to educating physicians on how to safely and effectively perform the newest cosmetic procedures in the field. The ABS-Institute provides courses around the world, and Dr. Millard himself lectures internationally on advanced liposuction and body sculpting techniques. Dr. Millard is also proud to have served his country as a Flight Surgeon for the U-2 Spy Plane in the United States Air Force. There, he had instilled in him an attention to detail and an uncompromising commitment to quality and safety. These characteristics have stayed with him, contributing to his excellence as a cosmetic surgeon today.
Dr. Khoury M.D.
Dr. Khoury is a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon and facelift trainer who specializes in facial rejuvenation. He has a unique expertise in minimally invasive surgery and also has the ability to perform most of his procedures under local anesthetic (like at the dentist), including extensive facelifts, if the patient so desires.
He has performed more than 2,000 facelifts, 2,000 facial liposculpting procedures, and 1,000 eyelid surgeries. To put this in perspective, these are consistent with the number of procedures performed by most plastic surgeons over their entire careers. He also has had over 100 board certified surgeons observe his unique techniques, and he has been recruited as a visiting specialist overseas in Dubai.
Stacy - Office Manager
Stacy has worked with both Dr. Broadway and Dr. Millard since 2001. Stacy has previously managed other large medical practices, and combines this experience with a naturally amicable demeanor and a knowledge of people to effectively coordinate all employee and business operations. Stacy has worked in many different areas of medicine, but she finds great enjoyment specifically from working in the field of plastic surgery.
Marianne Harrington RN – Cosmetic Nurse Specialist
As a registered nurse for 28 years, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses, and advanced certifications in Botox, dermal fillers, and specialized laser technology, Marianne will bring her technical expertise, her special artistry, and her warm caring personal interaction skills to your confidential consultation session. Together you'll explore opportunities for enhancements and match the analysis with the extensive services available. The priority goal of the consultation is to satisfy your personal needs, including your budget requirements. Debra Irizarry MD FACS – Board Certified Plastic Surgeon
Board Certified in Plastic Surgery in 1996, Dr. Irizarry has focused her expertise on the field of minimally invasive aesthetics. An Honors graduate of New York Medical College, she completed a residency in General Surgery at New York University, attaining Board Certification in that field in 1991, followed by a residency in Plastic Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in NYC.
An award-winning realist painter who garnered the 2001 Juror's Choice Award at the Colorado State Fair Art Exhibit, she brings an artistic skill to patient care that includes rigorous attention to detail, to bring out the natural beauty in all her patients. Dr. Irizarry is available for dermal filler and Botox injections, laser resurfacing, and excision of skin lesions.
Mary Lautenbach NP - Cosmetic Nurse Specialist
A registered nurse and nurse practitioner for 16 years, Mary is an honors graduate from Regis University with an MS in nursing. As a long term skilled professional and newest member of our team, Mary specializes in an array of aesthetic services, including, dermal fillers, Botox, laser resurfacing, and teeth whitening. With her advanced studies in skin care and comprehensive laser training her goal is to make you look your best! Her soft touch combined with high quality and professional patient care will create the most excellent experience whether it is your first time or you are a seasoned pro.
Mandy (Patient Coordinator)
Mandy has been with the practice since July 2006. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Kinesiology. Mandy is one of the first people who will greet you when you enter our office. Her goal is to help each patient feel as comfortable as possible when they walk through the door. She joins us with an extensive administrative background in the medical industry. Mandy is looking forward to making your experience at bod:evolve a wonderful one.
Kristen (Paramedical Aesthetician)
We're proud to introduce Kristen Smith, our paramedical aesthetician. Kristen has had many roles over the years including, paramedical aesthetician, marketing, consulting, surgery scheduler, patient coordinator and a mother of two. Kristen makes it priority to closely monitor changes in the ever-evolving skin care field, and to continue training as aesthetic advances occur.
Kristen has extensive training, experience and skill with a broad array of skin care, including chemical and mechanical techniques for acne, sun damage, skin rejuvenation, skin resurfacing and anti-aging that can help transform your skin.

Lara has been working with the bod:evolve doctors since 2003. She works closely with patients, throughout the entire process. Lara has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado State University. She utilizes this knowledge to make sure that patients feel comfortable and at ease during their experience with bod:evolve.
